Every single time I try to download any of the adobe apps using the set-up.exe, it gives me error code P1. I have restarted and rebooted multiple times, tried and failed to install creative cloud cleanup, and tried to force install using cmd, but nothing is working. Please help, I need premiere pro for school!
Ah, that explains it then, Davism. Please contact whoever manages the laptop to resolve any errors you are encountering. The suggestions you see in public discussion forums and via Social media are not applicable to your situation.
