Error p204 and 204 when downloading Animate

Hi everyone i downloaded animated about 1 month ago and them deleted it so today i try to install it again and it said error P204 so i went to check what it is and it didnt tell me so i was trying to download Creative cloud and it didnt download so i need help because im an animator and i need the program anyone help please i try everything please

Step 1)

Click on below link and open CS 6 download page , Do not download anything from that page , simply keep it open .

Step2)

After CS 6 page is opened , click on below link and download Adobe Creative Cloud app offline setup file .

apply all steps that you can

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. (if you have a win os, right click the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

that's an internet connection error.
