Error updating Lightroom Classic error 146

I have Windows 7. I've tried renaming, and removing the file HD_Deleter.exe, but it won't allow me to. I also tried removing Lightroom classic, but it won't let me. I've tried changing permissions on that file, it won't let me. I'm not keen on paying the continuous $9.99 a month for a program I can't use anymore. Below are the detailed errors:

Resolved: I changed the existing Adobe Lightroom Classic folder to: Adobe Lightroom Classic_OLD. Which then forced it to create a new folder to install it into.
