I have Windows 7. I've tried renaming, and removing the file HD_Deleter.exe, but it won't allow me to. I also tried removing Lightroom classic, but it won't let me. I've tried changing permissions on that file, it won't let me. I'm not keen on paying the continuous $9.99 a month for a program I can't use anymore. Below are the detailed errors:

Exit Code: 146
-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

WARN: Unable to move file at "C:\adobeTemp\ETR46F5.tmp\1\Adobe Lightroom Classic\HD_Deleter.exe" to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic\HD_Deleter.exe" Error 5 Access is denied.. Try setting correct permissions to the specified file/folder or parent folder, so that admin has rights to modify it.

Resolved: I changed the existing Adobe Lightroom Classic folder to: Adobe Lightroom Classic_OLD. Which then forced it to create a new folder to install it into.
