ES 4 SP1 Not able to locate software on LWS

We need to install ES4 SP1 but I don't see the ES4 SP1 (version 11.0.1) on the LWS website https://licensing.adobe.com/     I can only see ES4 (the version is 11.0). Can some help me where can I find this?
