Failing attempt to sign in Creative Cloud

Any time i try to log in Adobe Creative Cloud it shows the messege : 

You've Been Signed Out

Please sign in to continue using Adobe Apps

What's wierd it's that it my first time logging in and it says nothing about the Password , altough at start i thought that my password is wrong but after i changed it it kept sending me that messege right after i logged in .

*Have tried to delete and install it all over again and it kept doing that*

It says also :

Failed to start CoreSync

Could not create ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync

It might be connected to the problem ?

What do i do ?

I did all of this and nothing is working can't even find those files..
