I went to install Adobe Illustrator today and I noticed there were some new updates. I tried installing Illustrator first and I got the error below. I tried updating Bridge, Premier Pro, and Media Encoder and got the same error. I have searched everywhere and I can't find a solution. I have given it Administrator privileges, disabled all Antivirus, Firewall, etc...I have also restarted my computer. Nothing is working. I had no issues prior to this update. I am using the Creative Cloud Desktop App on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Please help me. I have an urgent project to complete. Thank you.

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the latest cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Half of the programs uninstalled correctly. The other half give me this error. I even restarted my computer after I received it the first time. The remaining programs are in the following image.

The new versions installed correctly. Thank you. Now how do I get rid of the old versions? They won't uninstall. I get the same message as I did above. I used the CC Tool and chose ALL, but they are still showing up in Windows.

It worked, but how do I get the old versions of the program off of my system? I chose to remove ALL in the CC Tool, but they are still there, however, when I try to launch them it just does nothing. Thanks for all your help.

Where do I get the older versions of the software from? I have a license for all Adobe products so I should be eligible to download them, but where?

So I used the cleaner tool to completely remove all adobe software from my device, restarted my computer and used the link to download the newest version of cc, however I'm still recieving the same code 143 error.
