I am tired of everytime I purchase a particular program Adobe is attached to it. They are like leaches. They sneakily start charging you for something you have no clue about. And only by being a detective can you find out how to get in touch with them for a refund. THEN they want to charge you an "early cancellation fee". I feel like I have already paid that for the months they charged me for something I didn't know about or use. How does this company continue to survive? DO NOT get in bed with them unless you are very savvy for their type of programs. Divorcing them this a HUGE process involving serveral phone calls, transfers, 'accidental' hangups, more calls, etc. It's a maze!!! I want a refund just for the most recent charge...since I didn't do my homework previousely and I DO NOT want to be charged for cancelling!!! REFUND ME!

Thank you John,

The link was very helpful. I believe the issue is resolved.

Come to find out it was linked to an email account I don't even use anymore.

Thank you again.
