I’ve verified :

addons are enabled in internet explorer

security (enhanced) is removed in adobe

added filemaker server as a trusted site

if I click on the adobe account it takes me to my account the web which is logged in correctly

I’ve searched the claris community forums and asked with no responses.

My credentials work on another machine on the same filemaker pro 19 log in.

What setting could be off on my laptop that I am clearly missing.

it apparently can be an issue on either side LOL...The enhanced security tab or even container use IDK .. what's weird is it shows an account in the filemaker window it's just grey and when I click on it it takes me to my account online correctly. But the filemaker app behaves as if it doesn't believe I have an adobe license.

You don't seem to be understanding... according to the link I found, that program has nothing to do with Adobe
