FIXED - lost all Adobe accounts with recent update - FIXED

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up to my recent issue.

 

I updated both Lightroom, Photoshop and Camera Raw yesterday morning. when I went to sign in again, I recieved the pop up box to start my free 7 day trial or buy. I thought I had lost everything. Adobe support couldn't help and I was due to call someone today to continue sorting it out.

 

This morning I noticed the account was signed in to xxx@googlemail.com. I signed out of this and signed into xxx@gmail.com.

 

Hey presto! All my accounts are back!

 

Adobe does not recognise the connection between googlemail and gmail

 

Hope this helps someone out there!
