In January i wanted to give up my adobre accout, okay I thought that it has been done at that moment, but guest what no.
I tried again Frebruary, and it was all nice, and then I saw that it continues arriving to my personal account charges, so I tried to put me in contact with adobe via mobile and they NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. So my problem continued like that another month because by website they didn't let me denied the subscription. And know that we are in March they just not gonna pick up the phone to try to give a solution, no they even are gonna make me pay the subscription an also an "early unsubcription" when I'm trying these for three months.
I can't belive this, I haven't use this apps and tried to contact you but the adobe support just try to avoid me, just because they are only interest in one thing MONEY.
THIS IS A FRAUD, AND WHEN YOU TRY TO GET OUT THEY WILL PUT EVERYTHING JUST FOR MAKE SURE THEY CAN GET ALL THE LAST MONEY.

In addition to Axel's advice, at the prompt in the chat window, type "Agent" and then return. That should put you in touch with a person as opposed to the AI. Don't be afraid to escalate to a supervisor if necessary.
