Get "Failed - Insufficient permissions"

I have tried twice to download the upgrade from LR4 to LR5. The anti virus is off and the internet security settings are as instructed per the download info. It gets to 100% and then fails. Any suggestions on how to make this work??

Hi AllOneHeart9,

If you sre getting Insufficient permissions error then it seems that your user account does not have the required rights to make the changes to the system.

Try installing by elevating the user account rights or enable the hidden admin account and then try installing and check.
