I have register my Adobe CS6 Suite Design and web premium - 6 years ago and installed it succefully on my iMac

Now i was trying to install it on my Macbook pro (i left the High Sierra version 10.13.6 in order to work with CS6)

But during my installment, I recieved the attached message. Can anyone from the staff member can check my account and my registered CS6 suite and tell me what is the specific problem?

I've moved this from the poorly named Community Help forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Get Started forum.

Thank u very much.

I was approached by mail from this address: community_noreply@adobe.com

subject: You have received a private message in the Adobe Support Community!

and was asked to continue the forum discussion in a private messgae.

The one who approached me was named: Adobe Phil Sievers

and when i press on his name, i got this page:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/17472653

Do u think he is from Adobe team or a scam?

Creative Suite 6 (CS6) is discontinued, no longer sold or supported.

  • Are you sure you entered the correct serial number?
  • From whom did you purchase CS6?
  • If it wasn't purchased from Adobe, please contact the vendor who sold you the software.

Definitely a fake. If there is no Adobe employee badge, you're being scammed by an impostor who is using the forum private messaging system to contact you.

===========
Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away!  Creative Cloud is not legally sold by any vendor or retailer in any country.
