!!HELP!! I Can Not Install older Versions of any Adobe Product

Hi everyone,

i am going crazy but i cant install any Adobe Product in an older Version. It only let me install the newest Version. With this User Account on another Machine everything works fine. The two Machines are completely the same (Same Hardware/Software/Konfiguration). The only difference between the two machines is that they are on different networks. The one on which everything works is in a client network and the other is in a data center, but has internet access

Have anyone an Idea about that?

 

Here are the Workstation Specs:

HP Z8G4

Dual Intel Xeon Gold 5118 2.30Ghz

64GB Ram

Windows 10 Enterprise (2004) (19041.630)

LATEST

you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials.

 

other versions are revealed in the apps tab by clicking the 3 dots adjacent to the open/install button after clicking preferences>cc>tick show older apps.
