I have been trying to fix this issue with chat agents for several weeks. They just want to sell and not help us when we have serious issues.
Well, it is a long history. I have been using my personal email address (Gmail log in) for more than 10 years. When I finally decided to subscribe to the student's plan, it was not possible. The agent changed my email to email_old@. And I thought I could delete the new account to keep the old one. It is complicated. I deleted my main account by mistake!
- I have a subscription in a third email
- I can't log in to my Behance anymore
- It keeps asking me to confirm the email address I don't have (email_old@)
- I can't change the email back
What I need is:
- Be able to reactivate my main account
- Change the email_old@ to the main email I have
- I'll keep the subscription in the third email account but I need the content I have on Behance
