I live in Hong Kong and want some help sitting physically at my computer and having someone help me with backups, keeping my computer cleaned up from lightroom backups, TIFF files .... etc etc and helping me update my sytems and understanding more adobe clean up and storage and speed tips. Any experst in the computer business out there ?

Find a REPUTABLE business or service with strong recommendations. Otherwise you are inviting a stranger into your house, to give them access to your computer. In seconds they can install software to steal your identity and credit cards and bank accounts !!
