I have been a member since Adobe Creative Cloud first came about and I can no longer use the apps on my old laptop (Windows 8) as it says they're not compatible.
I would like to cancel my subscription but when I go into my account to do this it says I will be charged A$131.97 as an early cancellation fee.
How can I get in contact with Adobe regarding this as I cannot use any of the apps on my laptop anymore and I've beem paying $43.99 for months even though their apps no longer work on my laptop.
It seems unfair to have to pay an extra A$131.97 for a suite of apps I can't use or access on Windows 8 anyway.
Is there an email address I can contact them on? When I click on Get Help in my Adobe Account it has a bot for Contact Adobe support and the phone number listed is in America and I don't know how to contact them in Australia.
Please help!

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/misc/subscription_terms.html
Unless you had a true MONTHLY subscription Re: Being charged for a full year when i'm on month-to-month payments?what you had was an ANNUAL subscription with monthly payments
Just like a car lease, you signed up for a year... and you pay a fee to cancel early
For more information you have to contact the Adobe support, because this is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support. Sorry, but we're normal users and we can't help with account and/or payment problems.
