How do I delete Creative Cloud?

It is destroying my PC performance and I don't have any use for it. I installed it for trials that I had of acrobat and photoshop, but now I don't use it but it won't let me uninstall it.

Reboot your computer in Safe Mode.

Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool below to wipe old Adobe apps from your system.

Why won't it let you uninstall it? What is it telling you?

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

THEN uninstall the programs
