I have an education business and a publishing business. I want to make my books interactive on my website, including animation, tesing options, diagnostics, and video. I want my intellectual property to be secure.  How do I find a team of independent contractors to do this for me?

1. You hire experienced content developers and programmers the same way you assemble any team.  Have your human resources director post ads on Behance, etc...
