How do I lodge a complaint?

I've just had one of the worst customer service experiences on the phone with Adobe.  How do i lodge a complaint?

Of course Adobe hide all their email addresses to prevent you from doing this.  I dont want to post on a forum, or post on Twitter, I want to talk to someone from Adobe.

If you want to talk to someone from Adobe you should get back on the phone the same way you did originally - if necessary ask for a supervisor.  Chat would be another option.  You could also try sending a private message to any one of the staff members you find in the forums.  But alot of what you want to do as far as lodging a complaint via talking to an employee goes will likely only amount to venting and possibly further frustration. If you make contact you will probably get more satisfaction if you pursue trying to get whatever problem you are having resolved.

There was an email address where you could send complaints but I do not remember what that is.  Maybe one of the others here recalls what it is.

I am not sure if you are still with the company as I see this post from 2014. Nevertheless, I would like to speak to someone in person either from the USA or Canada team. Certainly not with in anyone from the India team.

 

I have been going thru one of the worst and third grade customer services experiences with India team. I have a long list with case numbers and ordeal to narrate which would be a daunting task to write here. Therefore, I would appreciate if someone (a real senior) who cares about the customers feedback and their concerens can either call me back at or send an email that would be great.
