Does anyone know how to speak with someone at Adobe to discuss my account?
It's a joke that I pay £20 per month for a product and I can't contact the company to discuss my account. The chat is never answered and there's no ability to raise a ticket or even email them, I mean what the hell?
With their 'lock-you-in' plans, endless cancellation process (and a £4.99 'cancellation fee' to punish you for being cheeky enough to leave) and their total lack of interest in providing customer support, these guys have become an anti-consumer company. They want you to A) give them money and B) be quiet.
