How do I uninstall CS5 after upgrading to macOS Big Sur?

Unfortunately I didn't uninstall CS6 before upgrading to Big Sur. Now the uninstaller says "The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information." The help desk at Adobe said I need to post this question to the community since they have absolutely no idea how to do it. How do you fully uninstall CS5 from macOS Big Sur?
