How to convert Creative Suite 4 package from Chinese to English

I purchased a boxed Creative Suite 4 package in Singapore. When I tried to load onto my computer in UK it is in Chinese. How can I convert this to English

You can't. Creative Suites is no longer available from Adobe, in any language.
