I have the Elements disk and serial from the boxed copy I bought a couple years ago.
I want to install it on my new computer but I don't have a DVD drive.
The Adobe website only has options to download Elements 2020 and 2021. and it says they don't carry downloads for older apps.
How can I download and use my copy of Elements 2018?

One option would be to purchase an external DVD drive for $30.
If your new computer is a Mac running Catalina or Big Sur then you won't be able to re-install Elements 2018 since it's not compatible.
