My CC app says it is installed but I get the following message when I open it:

You can’t open the application “Adobe Photoshop CC” because it may be damaged or incomplete.

I've tried deleting it, but it does nothing while CC say it is still installed.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Run the Cleaner tool to remove Ps CC :http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html . Restart your system and then try installing Ps again.

If it does not work please let me know, I would try to resolve it over a connect session.
