How to re-install Version 19-1-19 which was unistalled

I am a adobe subscriber two days back when i opened photoshop (version 19-1-19) i had a no disk error warning message so i thought unistalling and re-installing will solve my problem and i unistalled the same from my computer, but now i dont know how to install the old version from the creative cloud adobe app any guidence and help would be appreciated 

My OS is windows 8.1--- 64 bit

Only the latest two versions of the Creative Cloud apps are supported and available for download. You can try and download the older version from the following webpage. If the links mentioned on the page don't work, then it means that Adobe has discontinued providing the download and genuine installers are not available anymore. Be circumspect if someone contacts you claiming to provide an installer in such a case.
