How to recover ccx process

Few months ago I've disabled ccx process from startup and deleted ccx process.exe. After that startup page of Adobe softwares can't come like Premiere pro, Photoshop welcome screen. There is no way to get back ccx process. Please help me to get ccx process.

it's installed with adobe cc programs so your statement is incorrect unless you've done something to prevent it from installing and running.
