Hi,
I am using LR classic, and had it installed on a computer not in use anymore. Now I am not able to use LR on my new laptop because Adobe says I have too many computers hanging in on licence. How do I remove computers that I am not using?
Thanks in advance...
Is this Creative Cloud or pre-Creative Cloud?
Pre-Creative Cloud software has an activation count limit. If you exceed that limit, you must contact Adobe Customer Care and ask them to reset the count for you.
If this is Lightroom CC Classic, then you can deactivate devices from your account portal.

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
