I used to have Individual account and just unsubscribe it last mount because i got new account from my company. So, Im just wondering about how can i  transfer all stuffs of adobe portfolio in my old account to new account?

I don't think it is possible. If you cancel the account, expect to lose the portfolio contents. Still, there is no forum for Portfolio help.

Even if you could transfer it, your Portfolio and everything in it would become the company's property because they pay for their subscription, you don't.  And when you eventually leave the company, you can't take it with you. 

 

A better option would be for you to subscribe to the Photography Plan, for example, and transfer your old Portfolio to your new individual account.  If it's been only 1 month since you cancelled, it might still be possible to reclaim your Portfolio.  Submit a help request directly to Portfolio Support below and ask them.
