I am running Windows 10 and have the full CC suite. I was doing some PC cleanup and noticed a huge (372 GB) hidden temp file, called AdobeTemp, right off the C drive. It contains only .ttc, .ttf, and .fon files. I've tried to delete but I cannot. I tried the Adobe recommendation of using Disk Clean up and even tried in Safe Mode but still cannot. I spent an hour with adobe tech support but no luck. I can't believe a this huge folder is supposed to be there. Can anyone verify that this is normal for a 372GB temp folder? And if it's not normal, any ideas on how to delete? Thanks.
I use the free portable version of this to delete stubborn files:

Before deleting it, you may want to make a copy of that file in a different location in case you find that the file is necessary.

i too have an adobetemp folder on the c drive, but it's less than 6 gb:
