I accidentally cancelled my membership

I found that I accidentally canceled my Adobe membership on March 3rd and am unable to renew my membership without paying the cancellation fee. I need Adobe for work but don't want to reinstall if I can't be reimbursed. I tried asking my question through "Contact Adobe", but the animation told me to simply reinstall. Is there anything I can do to continue my membership?

What do you mean yoyu Canceled your membership (subscription)?

Did tyou dpo that on the main Adobe website, Manage Your Account and then Click the Cancel your Plan otr Cancel Plan on Plan information page?

 

Simply uninstalling Adobe software does not cancel your plan.
