I am receiving an error when trying to download the app. I had to have a new hard drive installed and this s the last program I need to restore. I tried removing the program and then re-installing from the web. The installation failed. I was unable to find anything on that specific error code on the web. When I retried the installation after removing, there was no error code at all. If you could point me in the right direction for next steps, any help is greatly appreciated!

Error 136 usually means there's a problem with system registry files.
