(win10-64 bit-12ram memory-256 SSD- ryzen5) and
tried to install Ps 2021 and LRc through my Adobe Account.
Please help me solve this problem by driving me properly ....

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

Dear Kglad, thank you for your answer,
but unfortunately the cloud refuses to appear on my laptop.
I tried both the links you sent me but I have the same results with the images I sent you
an i'm sorry for thw wrong way sended ....
And at the end (after 5 minutes about) I get a message with error code 206.
I tried the solutions for the code 206 but again I had no result ...
(Kaspersky total security is disabled in the process and the Kaspersky firewall is in a allow state in terms of adobe )
I'm a little desperate that I can not use adobe cloud on my new laptop ....
help please....

nothing was fixed ... it is obvious that something is wrong ... and I do not know (I do not have the knowledge) to fix it ... Do what you think is best for an unlucky customer of yours ....

Just so you're aware, you're not talking to Adobe here - unless they've got an Employee badge next to their name.

Unfortunately my problem not solved... and I raised my hands ...
Not knowing what else to do, I installed PS 2021 on the laptop from a third party (as well as Lr)
so that I could do (a few times) some small editing of my photos ...
Of course my subscription will now be for a computer,instead of two as provided...I'm very sorry....
