Hi there,
I'm trying to activiate Adobe CS6 and it says that gone past my limit of 2 computers. I've requested to "reset activation count" but support has mentioned that they can't help me.
Can someone please help me?

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST until you find a support agent who is more experienced

-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI

This support agent seems to be lacking the basic knowledge and competence we might reasonably hope for. Support agents are the ONLY people who can reset activation counts, and it is part of their job. Do not be fobbed off.
