Hello,

i can´t install the adobe creative cloud on a windows 10 pro system.

Everytime i want to start the cc app or a single installer app (photoshop or indesign), the app shuts down 2-4 secondes after opening without showing an error.

I also can´t log in into my account on the installer apps, they shut down before every time.

The problem only exist with the cc apps, Adobe Reader DC or flash player are working.

I also used the adobe cleaner tool and tried it again, same error.

The windwos 10 pro system is new installed, adobe cc ist the first thing i want to install.

Maybe someone can help.

If its easier, you can answer in german.

Thank you in advance

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

Thanks for the reply. The link to test the connection to the Adobe activation servers was successful - I saw the logos. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the issue in my case.

After uninstalling previous cc applications including the Creative Cloud Desktop program, running the cc cleaner, and restarting the computer, I still cannot install the cc desktop app. The executable runs and shows the Creative Cloud Installer window, and it stays stuck at Installing (0%).

Is there an issue with the installer? Most recent download was today 7/29/19, as of 15 minutes ago.
