I tried to confirm membership on Safari, Chrome, Firefox and smartphone, but it hasn't worked, it's still this page.
I don't know what happended? I contacted to internet service provider to fix this problem, they told me they had tried to solve their best and found that this promble didn't relate to them, I should directly contact to Adobe CC. So what should I do?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

You can also go to Adobe.com and click in the top left corner on "Creativity and Design", then choose "View all plans & pricing".
Depending on where you're based, you might see a phone number for Adobe Sales there.
Can't guarantee that they can solve your problem, but they can have a look at your account and book an order for you.
