I can't used creative cloud

I can't even sign in. I'm stuck in the loop of it trying to load and nothing happens . I had used a free verson of photoshop for years and finally decided to pay for the real thing and I can't even open creative cloud. And theres no real customer support I can find.

Hmmmm.....  not too sure what THAT means exactly.  I hope for your sake you haven't been using cracked/pirated software because if you have then you should buy a new computer and throw away the old one (responsibly, of course). 🙂

 

Please ensure your new computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.
