I cant install Creative Cloud

I cant install Creative Cloud

I recently bought a Macbook pro i have OS X ELCAPITAN. Is the first time i trying to download Creative Cloud but when i try to install it the loading bar just stop installing in the middle. does not warn me of any errors, simply not advance.

I have never could installed Creative cloud, so i have nothing to delete or uninstall

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
