I used the serial number on the email from Adobe and it says it does not match with the purchased product. What is the problem?

Thank you for your response. I'm afraid the problem was on my end. I

ordered Elements and Premier Elements. When I received the email notice,

Adobe listed the PE number first. However, I downloaded Elements first and

tried to use the PE number--duh! Anyway, problem solved and products

successfully installed. Thanks, again,

D
