Hello, I have a problem with my Creative cloud. 
I bought it from UAL online shop and installed it, but there were five apps and no Photoshop in it.
I don't know what's wrong.

There are maybe five apps (such as Bridge or Premiere Rush) that you get even if you have no plan. So, it thinks you have no plan.

 

Your plan belongs to your Adobe ID so

1. Check your account to make sure the plan is active 

2. Make sure you sign in to Creative Cloud with the right Adobe ID.
