The same application error comes up when trying to open all of the applications, not just one. Uninstalling applications, rebooting, and then reinstalling them does not help.

Is there a service that I need to check to see if it is started?

Is there a Windows 10 program I need to make sure is installed and/or updated?

Has the latest Windows 10 update caused a problem?

Everyone would appreciate some real help with this help, please.

Thank you,

Laura Tech

Hi Laura,

Did you follow the instructions here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install/i-have-just-updated-my-cc-apps-and-l-noe-get-the-foo...

It looks to me as being a problem outside of Adobe's responsibility, even that it happens also with Adobe programs.

Please confirm above before we investigate further.
