I lost the cloud icon on the menu bar at the top of my screen

Since having modified my Adobe account on my name and credit card account, (I used to use my ex-company account) I no longer have the Adobe icon. It is missing in the menu bar. Even when I try to reinstall it, the icon does not appear in the menu bar. I am afraid I have deleted some files, by accident, that could explain the situation. 

How can I have a direct access to the icon in the menu bar? .. Thank you for you help.
