What Adobe app will allow me to draw realistic looking drawings as well as animated looking drawings?

whether your creations look realistic or not depends on your skill (though you can start with a bitmap/photo and make that look like a drawing).

adobe illustrator is adobe's vector drawing program and adobe animate is adobe's animation program.  and you can import creations from illustrator into animate.
