I need help to install the driver of creative cloud on desktop. (Title Edited by Mod)

Hello,

Could someone advise me because since I bought the monthly Creative Cloud monthly subscription, I can't manage to install it.
It always starts and stops at 54% download.
I have restarted my computer as well as removed and deleted the creative cloud driver in vain.
I would like to receive advice on how to install it and start using it.

Please Consider including the following in your question:
Adobe product and version number
Operating system and version number
The full text of any error message (s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screen shots of the problem
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

 

But even after supplying that info the problem remains on Your Computer. There is something on Your Computer that is stopping the install of the CC Desktop App.

 

This could be a file, folder, drive permissions problem or some OS setting, feature (BS Security Setting) that is stopping you, as the Owner and Administrator of the computer, from installiing software from any orther place than some type of App store ruin by the company that made your computer or the OS it is running.

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
