I'm a Korean user so my interface doesn't really match everyone else's, but I seem to have this issue with egress ips
It basically says that "Sorry, your sign-in doesn't match the IP range of your assigned lab. Please contact you IT Administrator"
I first downloaded Adobe Cloud from my school website but it turned out that I needed to be on campus to use it so I decided to purchase it myself (student version)
After purchasing it I downloaded photoshop and tried opening it but this message keeps on popping up. Can I get some help with this issue, please? Thank you.
did you use a different adobe id (when you subscribed to the student subscription) from your school's assigned adobe id?
