I need to reinstall XI pro on my PC, because my hard drive crashed. When I try to activte the product it says that the code has already been redeemed. I would just use my account but everytime I try to input my email it says it's invalid even though adobe sends me email all the time.
If you get the message regarding already being redeemed, you are using the wrong number, possibly in the wrong place. If you are using a redemption code, it can only be used once to acquire a serial number. The seria number is what you need to retain for all activations, current and future. If you registered your software you might be able to find the serial number in your Adobe account online
