I paid for a one-year subscription!!!!! Can't insert or delete pages

I ABSOLUTELY regret having paid for a one-year subscription and can't do one of the FEW things I need to do with a pdf editor

How can I insert or delete pages????

Nitro was FAR EASIER!! And free. But now the free period is over.

What's more, there's not even a decent option of tag to choose (the topic I want is NOT to be found among those provided)
