Is Photoshop reverting to trial mode? Try these steps:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

If you have paid, first confirm with your bank that the payment went through. Then contact Adobe Customer Care:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.  Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human and tell them you have confirmed with your bank.

Scammers love to frequent forums. If someone PMs you, click the Report button.

It may be that you changed Adobe Id. Don’t. Or someone else may have been logged on to the computer where you paid. I’m sure they will like their gift from you.
