I paid for subscribtion but I can't use any apps

 I paid for annual use of all apps on adobe in march 2019 (I used only Photoshop and pdf reader) but now I suddenly can't use any apps and when I went to my adobe account I don't see any plan or past payments. Please help!

If you paid in 2019 for the annual plan then are we not past the March 2020 period when the plan should have expired? However if the plan was renewed and still you have issues then try the steps mentioned in the following link

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
