Hi,

I just bought the Adobe student package and it's been working for many months until today.

I just paid the latest subscription on 16 August 2020. I used it normally until the late night of 24 August. I was working on InDesign, trying to export PDF. I could make it once but when I tried to export for the second time, the programme said the Adobe Acrobat has expired. When I opened the Acrobat, the programme asked me to try a free trial or buy it. I was so confused! Then I restarted my laptop (Windows) and opened InDesign again. For an unknown reason, the InDesign said it's also expired! Currently, I can't use any Adobe programmes on my laptop. I check my Adobe account on the website, the "Plans" said there's no item available.

How could this happen? And what should I do?

Please help :'(
